Oracle Consultant

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with 6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements. Configure and support core HCM modules based on business requirements. Perform functional setups including workforce structures, security, approvals, and workflows . Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configurations, and test scenarios. Support data conversion, integrations, and report development. Handle production support , issue analysis, and root cause resolution. Participate in testing cycles: Unit Testing, SIT, UAT , and Deployment support.
