Oracle Consultant - HCM

Role Purpose

The IT Program Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM , with a strong focus on Redwood UI adoption . This role will act as the bridge between HR, IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and value realization of the HCM transformation program.

• Lead the overall Oracle Fusion HCM implementation program , including scope, timelines, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Manage multiple workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Redwood UX).
