Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Time & Labor and Absence Management to lead and deliver end-to-end functional implementations. The ideal candidate is a strong functional expert who can work directly with clients, drive requirements through deployment, and ensure successful go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the functional delivery of Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and Absence Management across all implementation phases — requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Conduct client workshops, gather and validate business requirements, and translate them into functional solution designs.
Configure Time & Labor and Absence modules and prepare functional design documents (FDDs).
