**Job Description**

As the Subject Matter Expert in the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Space, you will implement changes to the existing configurations, processes identify the best fitment of current processes to the Oracle Cloud Compensation module.

We are seeking an experienced **Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Engineer** with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least **two end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Compensation** and possess deep functional knowledge of compensation processes, configuration, and business transformation.
