Job Summary:
The Oracle ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Applications and Databases. The role ensures business continuity through day-to-day support, upgrades, migrations, patching, and administrative tasks. The specialist will provide support across Oracle ERP modules, ASCP, DEMANTRA, ITSM, DISCOVERER, OBIEE, and Postgre SQL databases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ITS Support for Oracle ERP
Address and resolve issues received via Call, Email, or ITSM tickets related to Oracle applications and databases.
Troubleshoot application/database connectivity, performance, and workflow issues.
Provide support for all Production and Non-Production instances.
Offer 24/7 support for critical issues or planned major activities on Production instances.
