+ Works with business groups to analyze, define, and address business requirements for applications and interfaces.
+ Develops cost and resource estimates for projects.
+ Designs, develops, tests, and supports enterprise applications and services according to specifications within a collaborative team environment.
+ Prepares detailed system documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
+ Provides recommendations on database design, SQL optimization, and application architecture.
+ Provides technical leadership for project teams during implementation activities.
+ Performs unit, system, and validation testing as needed.
