Full-Time Optometrist Opportunity
Location: Cooperstown, NY

•Join an established eye care team alongside Ophthalmologists and Optometrists
•Comprehensive optometric practice including routine eye exams and management of ocular conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, corneal disease, diabetic eye disease, and age-related macular degeneration
•Provide urgent eye care during clinic hours

•Day call coverage during some weekdays (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Compensation & Incentives
•Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $184,483 plus performance-based compensation
•Incentive plan with no earnings cap
•Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
•Training stipend up to $40,000 (up to 18 months prior to graduation)
