Responsibilities

• Drive 3G RAN performance & optimization on Nokia platforms (Flexi BTS, RNC, OSS).
• Monitor & troubleshoot voice/data KPIs – accessibility, handovers, throughput, drop rates.
• Implement parameter tuning, feature activation, and configuration changes to boost network quality.
• Collaborate with Planning, Field & Core teams to meet quality objectives.
• Conduct benchmarking, cluster optimization & event analysis for high-traffic zones.
• Support software upgrades, audits & feature testing.
• Mentor team members on Nokia 3G optimization best practices.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Nokia 3G RAN architecture (WBTS, RNC, NodeB, Iub, Iu-CS/PS).
