Optima Solutions Logistics, Controlling & Analysis Specialist

As an Optima Solutions Logistics, Controlling & Analysis Specialist, you will coordinate and supply materials to main automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manufacturing sites. This includes all aspects of material planning and coordination to ensure the availability of materials that meet customer production requirements.

You will report to Optima Solutions Site Manager.

• Work within a large process team, coordinating logistics and supply chain activities and collaborating with other members of the service and paint team.
• Work with the customer to assess projected demand and long-term forecasting, and coordinate material needs for all products supplied to the customer.
• Coordinate all product deliveries to the customer's site.
• Ensure the customer can always meet their manufacturing plan with material on-site.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring there is no accumulation of obsolete material.
