Supplier Management: Address non-conforming materials reported by factories using the 8D discipline.
Supplier Audits: Conduct onsite or remote audits to assess suppliers’ quality management systems and identify potential risks in processes or product controls.
Supplier Qualification: Oversee the qualification of new optical components through the part approval process, including specification review, first article inspections, process capability analysis, FMEA, and control plan development.
