Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Convert operational requirements into PRDs, user stories, field-level specs, validations, and edge cases
- Run workshops with Ops, Hub, Finance, Support, and Tech teams to align workflows and outcomes
- Drive sprint prioritisation with engineering;
manage scope, trade-offs, and delivery quality - Own UAT scenarios and go-live readiness (checklists, role access, workflow sign-offs)
- Define platform metrics: utilisation, downtime, ticket SLA, availability, recovery time, service cycle time
- Act as the “platform face” in reviews: demo new releases, handle feedback, and close gaps fast
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies (payments, telematics integration, partner onboarding flows)
