What you will do
The key responsibilities for the OpsTech Engineer will be:
Develop comprehensive understanding of process systems and the integration of systems.Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to build facility surveillance plans and review findings with global site teams.Perform real-time process surveillance monitoring, optimization, remote troubleshooting, and reporting. Identify deviation and provide resolution to Operations team.Use analytical tools for data driven analysis for enhanced visualization and identification of actionable insightsAssess, categorize, and allocate downtime and perform facility mass balanceIdentify, map, and monitor facilities constraints. Identify options to improve/control constraintsTroubleshoot & optimize equipment/processes including heat exchangers, separators, pump/compression units, fractionation units, acid gas treatment units, wat...
