The State Personnel System is an E-Verify employer. This is a pool announcement, and applicants will not be considered after 6 months. Employee will provide basic nursing services as allowed by LPN scope of practice to students under the direct and/or indirect supervision of the Senior Community Health Nursing Supervisor. Following Brevard County Health Department and Brevard Public Schools guidelines administers first aid, daily medications, and emergency medications to students and/or staff as requested and ordered by a physician. These include but are not limited to intermittent clean catheterization, gastrostomy tube feeding and monitoring blood glucose. Organize and assist with state mandated health screenings such as hearing/vision, scoliosis, and body mass index.
