Ops Finance Business Partner - VIC/TAS

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Finance Business Partner to join our manufacturing finance team. You will be based at our Clayton site in Melbourne, supporting the sites across Victoria and Tasmania.
This role plays a critical part in supporting site leadership and operations by providing strong financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to drive performance and profitability.
This is a true business partnering role, suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations, influencing outcomes and adding value beyond traditional reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner closely with site operations leadership to support performance, cost control and continuous improvement.
* Provide deep financial analysis across manufacturing operations, including costing standards, waste, labour, overheads and maintenance spend.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling for the site.
