Inside Sales Executive

🏢 Confidential 📍 Morocco, Morocco, Morocco 💼 The Opportunity:.Inside Sales Executive is accountable and responsible for business development, sales and collections from end customers and distributors across the Middle East & Africa region to achieve targeted sales of Avantor BioPharma raw materials range of products. This role will be remotely based serving the MEA regionWhat we're looking for:Education: Science Graduates or Postgraduates / MBA are preferred.Experience: 1 – 3 years’ Experience in Industry. 1-2 years of inside sales experience Preferred.How you'll thrive an create an impact:1. Collaborating with customers in MEA region to understand their product pipeline2. Consulting the customer with right product to be used based on the process requirement3. Work closely with R&D of Pharma and Biopharma customers in region to spec in our product range in early stage of process development4. To track the progress of the customer project from R&D/PD to pilot to commercial5. To work to develop three level organograms of customers6. To improve the customer service experience by providing end to end support from technical discussion, sampling, commercial proposals, coordination for invoicing and delivery of the products7. Working on innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross functional teams to increase the customer reach and develop new business8. Coordinate with technical service for complaint resolution to enhance customer retention9.
