Join Tocka’s team and spend your days leading excursions and guiding foreign visitors during the winter season of 2026‑2027 in Rovaniemi.

Responsibilities

• Organise lumikenkä, revontuli, and hiihtoretkien tours for international guests in the Lapland region.
• Plan and conduct tours from Rovaniemi to other destinations when required.
• Provide on‑site customer support and ensure a memorable experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Customer‑service oriented, helpful, and energetic.
• Capable of maintaining focus during busy periods and occasionally long shifts.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Rovaniemi and prior experience as a guide is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred.
