A growing private ophthalmology practice in Williamsburg, Virginia, is adding a fellowship-trained retina specialist to meet strong patient demand. You'll work with a retina-focused referral base, established OD relationships, and a schedule that balances clinic and surgery while supporting a high quality of life.

• Balanced Schedule: Two clinic days, two injection days, and one surgical day weekly for a sustainable work-life rhythm
• Surgical Experience: 15-20 surgical cases per week (primarily cataracts) performed onsite in a 3,000 sq. ft. surgical space with two ORs
• Predictable Call: 1:4 phone-only call rotation with no hospital call responsibilities
