Comprehensive/Cataract Ophthalmologist Location: Cooperstown, NY MD/DO/MBBS, Board Eligible or Certified Overview:A leading academic health system in Central New York seeks a general ophthalmologist to join a collegial team. Visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B) available.Position Highlights: Join 5 ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists Provide comprehensive eye care Support from skilled techs, LPNs, and RNs Light call (1 in 5 weekends) Limited outreach (one site per provider)Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $433,000 $525,000 + incentives Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid malpractice and CME Retirement plan and relocation assistance Eligible for NY's DANY loan repayment programRequirements: MD/DO/MBBS, Board Eligible or Certified NYS License, BLS & DEA
