Job Description
Job Duties:
*Provide treatment to patients with various eye disorders in both clinical and surgical settings, teach trainees (resident physicians and medical students), and participate in various meetings and conferences.
*Provide ophthalmology medical and surgical services as needed Supervise and train residents and medical students on the Service according to service need, rotation, and call schedule as applicable.
*Attend and participate in lectures, rounds, committee assignments, and academic activities.
*Develop referral and educational relationships within Mass Eye and Ear Associates and with other regional and national practices.
*Develop, maintain, and as appropriate, secure funding for academic activities (translational research, clinical trials and other clinical research, and/or developing educational programs).
