As an Ophthalmic Technician/Visual Acuity Examiner, you love working with patients. You are the best of the best when it comes to reviewing detailed study manuals and protocols to perform accurate visual acuity assessments. You are very organized, which makes you a perfect fit for working in clinical trials. You are someone who takes initiative and has the flexibility to handle multiple tasks at once. You have experience with Snellen/ETDRS visual acuity and are skilled at manual refraction both at the phoropter and with loose lenses/trial frames. You may have experience with diagnostic testing including OCT, visual field, fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, etc. (but you may not; this is preferred but not required).
