**Required Qualifications:**
+ Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
+ Upon hire: National Certified Ophthalmic Assistant - Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology or
+ Upon hire: National Certified Ophthalmic Technician - Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology.
+ Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
+ 1 year experience.
