Job Description

 Alcon is seeking a Surgical Sales IOL Manager in Cape Town, South Africa, responsible for maintaining and building market share for Alcon Surgical Disposable and IOL products. You will develop account plans and engage existing accounts to understand their needs while identifying new business opportunities within the ophthalmology market.  
 Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Health sciences, Optometry or Sales, along with a minimum of 3 years surgical sales experience. Strong self-motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
