Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a OpEx and Continuous Improvement Specialist. This role can be remote within the United States, but there is a preference for candidates in the Arden, NC area who will be working in a hybrid work environment at our Avery Creek facility.
**What you’ll do:**
The OpEx and Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for oversight of the Operations Excellence initiatives. The position will coordinate reviewing the Project Management Organization’s activities and provide recommendations to improve overall customer experience. The position analyzes performance data, monitors Voice of Customer feedback, makes decisions and solves complex problems.
