As an Integrated Guarding Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring live video feeds while based within our Operations Centre in Burnaby. The role requires quick decision-making and the ability to handle alarm events and incidents efficiently while maintaining professionalism. You should be comfortable working independently, and be confident and assertive to use verbal communication over a two-way radio to deter active crime.

Location: This role is fully office-based in our Operations Centre in Burnaby.

Shifts: We are currently looking for full-time Operators. All schedules include at least one weekend shift, and may include afternoon and overnight shifts.
