The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a skilled Operator to join our team at our Ryde Transfer Station.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone heavy machinery experience keen to contribute to essential waste operations that support the local environment. Some of the responsibilities are as below. 

• Operate machinery (Forklift – essential; excavators and bulldozers – preferred or willing to learn)
• Assist drivers and the public with correct load placement
• Load and move dry waste for compaction and coverage
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in line with procedures
• Assist with general housekeeping duties
