The Role

Are you an upcoming or recent graduate eager to start your career in operations within the energy industry? Keyera is looking for a New Graduate Plant Operator to join our team. This role provides hands‑on experience in plant operations, safety, and process optimization, helping to build the next generation of energy professionals.

You will be based at the Strachan Gas Plant, a steam facility located southwest of Rocky Mountain House. As a Plant Operator, you will perform operating assignments on plant equipment and maintain a safe working environment within the gas processing facility. The position requires a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule and residency within 80 km of the Strachan Gas Plant.
