**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Operator Technician with the potential to advance into a Maintenance Technician role. Initially, you will start as a Finish Technician, setting up machines and being the first responder to machine malfunctions within a specific department. Your role will involve setting up finishing machines, troubleshooting and repairing issues to a certain extent, and collaborating with Maintenance Technicians to solve complex problems. You will also guide other operators to prevent repetitive machine errors and oversee all equipment in your department.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate finishing machines.
+ Respond promptly to machine malfunctions.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, escalating to Maintenance Technicians as needed.
