**Job Title: Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated operators for a dynamic role that will initially be on the 1st shift from 6:45 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Starting late August, flexibility across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts will be required. From January onwards, the schedule will transition to rotating 12-hour day or night shifts. The role primarily involves standard machine operations, packaging, and moving parts and boxes within the plant.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery efficiently and safely within the plant.
+ Package products and move parts and boxes as required.
+ Maintain production standards and adhere to safety protocols.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 6 months tenure at each previous job.
+ At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing.
+ Willingness to work with PPE and adapt to the clean room environment.
