Job Description

Based at our InfraBuild Recycling Hemmant site, we are seeking Belt Pickers who will be responsible for picking and sorting of scrap metal from the conveyor. 

We have both day and afternoon shift available, with both shifts offering overtime paid at penalty rates.
Day shift – 6am – 2pm, Monday to Friday - $. per hour

Afternoon shift – 2pm – pm, Monday to Friday - $. per hour
Full on the job training will be provided with excellent career progression opportunities!
Your responsibilities will include:
Pick and sort scrap metals from running conveyor belt

Remove contaminants to maintain the quality of materials

Monitor the conveyor belt speed and functionality

Notify maintenance or supervisors of any mechanical issues

Adhere to workplace safety procedures

Maintain cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
