**Job Description**

This role involves performing a variety of general production tasks in a physically demanding industrial environment, supporting manufacturing operations across multiple shifts. You will handle materials, operate machinery and hand tools, maintain a clean and organized work area, and contribute actively to a strong safety culture. The position requires flexibility to work different shifts, including rotating schedules and one weekend per month.

**Responsibilities**

+ Apply endplates by hand or using machines in accordance with production requirements and safety standards.
+ Operate banding equipment safely and efficiently to secure materials and products.
+ Assist in loading and unloading materials, including charges, using appropriate tools and equipment.
+ Support material storage activities by setting stickers and dunnage to ensure safe and organized stacking.
