Your Job
As an Assembler, you will build filters and other interconnect products to customer specifications. This role supports production by assembling mechanical and electrical components using detailed work instructions, drawings, and required tools while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
Our Team
You will be part of the Interconnect manufacturing team, working closely with peers, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals. The team values collaboration, quality, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Level One:Read and follow work instructions, production drawings, sample assemblies, or verbal instructions
Position and align parts in jigs or fixtures as required
Use soldering irons to solder small parts and components
Solder capacitors, air wounds, printed circuit boards, ceramic...
