**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and maintain mobile and fixed equipment in a safe and efficient manner
+ Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
+ Monitor material flow and quality to ensure consistent production
+ Follow all safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues
