**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate excavators, loaders, and dozers safely and efficiently in heavy highway construction environments
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance
+ Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines and safety standards
+ Follow site-specific safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
+ Assist with material movement, grading, and site preparation as directed

**What Are We Looking For**

+ High School Diploma (or equivalency) AND prior relevant job experience
+ CDL license (A or B) with Tanker endorsement is preferred
+ Valid/Clean Driver’s License
