About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Plant Operator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy materials processing site. This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys operating machinery, working within a team, and contributing to safe and efficient production outcomes.

Key Duties

• Operate a range of mobile plant machinery safely and efficiently
• Complete pre-start checks, logbooks, and basic machine maintenance
• Monitor material flow and assist in meeting daily production targets
• Support general site duties and housekeeping as required
• Follow all site safety procedures and report hazards or incidents

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience operating mobile plant (e.g. loaders, excavators, dozers)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
