Job Description

The Material Analysis Lab Operator provides operational and hands-on support to the Material Analysis and Failure Analysis laboratory, focusing on sample handling, routine lab tasks, DPA/CDPA execution support, and ensuring smooth daily lab operations for all packages especially GaN qualification and reliability activities.
Support day-to-day lab operations for material analysis, DPA/CDPA, and FA activities.
Handle sample logging, labeling, tracking, and storage in accordance with lab procedures.
Perform basic sample preparation tasks such as mounting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, and de-capsulation under supervision.
Execute routine DPA/CDPA steps according to defined work instructions and checklists.
Assist technicians and engineers during analysis and lab experiments.
Follow all EHS, chemical handling, and safety protocols strictly.
Support simple data recording, image filing, and report attachments as instructed.
