• Lead the cross-functional Product Sustaining Team (incl. representatives from R&D, Industrialization, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Production, and Quality) to align operational actions, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure the custom power products meet profitability and competitiveness targets.

• Drive continuous product improvement (incl. cost reduction, quality improvement, product/production/supply chain resilience etc.) during the whole sustaining stage.
