• Manage and maintain the Odyssey POS system and related operational processes
• Oversee stock control, stock adjustments, and inventory accuracy
• Process GRVs and assist with creditor reconciliations
• Troubleshoot POS, network, and system-related issues
• Generate operational and stock-related reports for management
• Support daily retail operations and assist staff with system-related queries
• Ensure efficient stock movement and operational workflow
• Assist management with operational oversight and process improvements
• Support e-commerce and Shopify-related operational functions where required
• Maintain accurate administrative and operational records
