The role

If a process repeats, your job is to automate it.

You’ll own the systems behind our internal operations, sales, onboarding, and executive support — from the SaaS stack to the Zoho ecosystem to the automations that tie them together. You’ll be expected to take a business problem, design a solution, ship it, and keep it running without hand-holding.

What you’ll own

Business systems & administration

• Manage user access, permissions, and subscriptions across our SaaS stack.

• Provision and deprovision accounts cleanly, with security and auditability in mind.

• Keep the environment organized, documented, and ready to scale.
