The Operations Support Specialist provides direct support to UAB Medicine and Guidehouse revenue cycle leadership by creating high-quality presentations, reports, and visual communications. This role bridges the gap between data, design, and decision-making—working across departments to coordinate meetings, develop materials, and track deliverables that impact operational performance and strategy. This individual will interact with Directors, VPs, and Partners across both UAB and Guidehouse-supported entities, including assisting with materials for other healthcare clients as needed.
