Profile:- Basic experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a good understanding of Kanban practices;
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, with a focus on local area networks (LAN);
- Experience in coordinating tasks and supporting project management activities;

- Good communication skills;
- Creative and effective troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities;
- Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Project;
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and its practical application;
