Operations Support

Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Support will work to ensure our product is moving safely, efficiently and meeting our customer’s expectation. This person will work closely with our warehouse team, dispatchers, drivers, customers and all other internal/external staff to ensure that customer satisfaction is enhanced.

Schedule: Mon- Fri

Shift Timing: 9:30 am- 6 pm

What you will do

• Support operational and dispatch team with planning, scheduling, and customer service items
• Ensure system accuracy to reflect expectations
• Ensure customer satisfaction, response times and proper email etiquette.
• Investigate system and yard checks to confirm accuracy
• Keep Operations and Terminal Management apprised of all problems encountered, driver issues, customer’s comments and/or related issues
• Liaise with Interline, Drivers, Carriers, Operators and Super Operators to coordinate...
