Role Summary: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality assurance. This position ensures the seamless execution of shipping, receiving, and stock management while managing ah-hoc operations request on value-added work such as RockCycle (waste sorting), lamination processes and other insulation value-added work. The incumbent serves as a critical link in the organization, managing facility infrastructure, security, and government compliance.
