As a supervisor, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient student transportation services. You will oversee day to day operations, provide guidance and support to drivers and serve as a key point of communication between schools, internal teams, management and the consortia. This role requires strong leadership skills, adaptability, a commitment to safety and exceptional customer service.
