Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
As a Junior Operations Supervisor at Solvo, you will play a key leadership role overseeing both team performance and administrative processes. This position combines frontline coaching with back-office management, ensuring agents meet performance standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Highlights:
Lead and coach a team of 15–20 agents, setting clear goals and driving continuous improvement.
Conduct regular 1:1 sessions, performance reviews, and skill-boost training.
Monitor KPIs and QA evaluations to maintain service quality.
Manage administrative tasks including attendance, reporting, and ticket resolution.
Provide daily floor support, lead team huddles, and foster engagement.
Align team activities with company strategy through business review meetings.
