Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
• Educating the team on business goals and service objectives
• Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Qualifications

• Desirable experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment
• Ability to manage own and team time effectively with attention to detail
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Strong customer focus
• Good communication skills
