Operations Supervisor (FMCG)

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day performance of a growing bottled water business. This role is ideal for someone with strong on-ground experience in the water category, who understands distribution, route-to-market, and field execution, and can drive immediate commercial results while ensuring operational efficiency.

You will oversee the full value chain across sales, distribution, and operations, working closely with factory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure strong market execution, product availability, and profitability.
