As a **Operations Supervisor** , you will be responsible for the overall operating performance of Keurig Dr Pepper’s processing operations. In this role, you will partner with production teams to improve the efficiency of coffee flow while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance.

**What You Will Do**

+ Maintain a safe workplace and promote a strong safety-first mindset
+ Supervise 20+ production employees, including full-time and temporary staff
+ Hire, schedule, coach, and develop frontline team members
+ Ensure compliance with all Keurig Dr Pepper policies, ergonomic standards, and safety requirements
+ Oversee process documentation and training programs to ensure consistency and operational excellence
+ Ensure quality products are produced and all quality procedures are followed
