Job Description

Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring an Operations Supervisor to fill an existing opening based in our Ajax office, supporting operations across the expanded Durham and GTA regions.
Your Role
Operational Oversight 
 Manage the daily operations of transportation services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and company policies. 
 Oversee staff scheduling to ensure full coverage during regular operations, vacations, and sick leaves. 
 Cover driving runs as required to maintain service continuity. 
Team Leadership & Performance 
 Direct and support drivers and staff, monitoring performance through site visits, incident/collision reports, and follow-ups. 
 Provide input for annual performance reviews, address issues promptly, and promote employee engagement through regular meetings. 
 Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.
