You’ll ensure consistent operational excellence by establishing, guiding, and monitoring compliance with agreed quality standards across operations.

What you’ll do

• Ensures execution of daily production plan by establishing priorities, monitoring hourly progress, revising schedules, and reporting processing results.
• Encodes and updates transactions immediately upon receipt of e-copy/pod form.
• Sends required billing attachment and pre alerts to branches.
• Provides on-time feedback on documentation inquiries to both external and internal customers.
• Coordinates daily with the Courier Service Team, truckers, and warehouse checkers on the completeness and accuracy of the documents received.
• Coordinates with shippers to resolve problematic transactions and retrieves PODs/BLS required by internal and external customers.
• Prepares RFA for wrong encoding, wrong measur...
