Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-orientated Operations Supervisor to oversee day to day operations within a cold storage facility. The ideal candidate must be experienced in supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and maintaining the integrity of cold chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking and dispatching goods

Monitor cold storage temperatures and ensure compliance with cold chain requirements

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts

Enforce health and safety standards, PPE compliance, and hygiene protocols

Coordinate workflow and delegate tasks to warehouse assistants and general workers

Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize operational downtime
